Common questions
How do I access Find Your Margin?
Log in at nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com/login with the email you signed up with, then open My Account and click "Open the course" under Find Your Margin. During the Founding Alpha, access unlocks instantly when you claim your seat; if you purchased the program, your access is tied to the same member account you used at checkout.
I can't log in
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to email yourself a reset link. Check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Still stuck? Email us with the address you signed up with and we will get you back in.
How does the Margin Guarantee work?
If you complete the 7-day program and do not finish with all five deliverables (clarity on where your money goes, a money leak list, a bill-to-paycheck map, a starter budget, and a 90-day plan), email us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Can I share my account with my spouse or partner?
Yes. The program license covers use by your immediate household, and both household members can use the same login. Sharing with people outside your household is not permitted.
