Find Your Margin Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of the Find Your Margin program offered by Next Chapter Financial Coaching, LLC.

The Margin Guarantee

Find Your Margin includes a 60-day outcome-based guarantee. If you complete the 7-day program and you do not finish with all five of the following deliverables, we will refund the full purchase price:

• A clear picture of where your money is going (Day 1)
• A list of money leaks worth fixing (Days 2-3)
• A bill-to-paycheck map (Day 5)
• A starter budget that reflects your real life (Days 4 and 6)
• A 90-day plan tied to your main financial goal (Days 5-7)

To request a refund under the Margin Guarantee, contact us at contact@nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com within 60 days of your purchase date with a brief description of what you completed and which deliverable(s) you were unable to produce. We may ask follow-up questions to understand your experience.

What you keep

If a refund is issued under the Margin Guarantee, you keep all materials you have downloaded (the workbook PDF, Google Sheets copies, scripts, and lesson video access for the duration of any unused access period). The refund is a refund of the purchase price; it does not require you to delete or return materials.

What the Margin Guarantee does not promise

The Margin Guarantee promises that you will produce the five deliverables listed above by completing the 7-day program. It does not promise any specific financial outcome, dollar amount of savings, or change in your personal financial situation. Financial results depend on your individual circumstances, actions, discipline, and external factors outside our control. Find Your Margin is an educational program designed to help you build the deliverables; turning those deliverables into financial results is your responsibility.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the purchase date are not eligible for the Margin Guarantee. Refund requests submitted for purchases that fall under separate promotional terms (for example, a free Founding Alpha plan) are subject to those promotional terms.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge or refund, please contact us at contact@nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will respond within two business days and work to resolve the matter directly.
