Find Your Margin Program Terms

These Program Terms apply to your purchase and use of the Find Your Margin program ("Program") offered by Next Chapter Financial Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). They supplement the Company's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by both the general Terms of Use and these Program Terms.

1. What the Program includes

Find Your Margin is a 7-day digital program consisting of:

  • Access to lesson videos and slide decks for Days 0 through 7, plus a Bonus module
  • A printable and fillable PDF workbook
  • A set of Google Sheets-based financial planning tools
  • Scripts and templates for common financial conversations (bill negotiation, cancellation, hardship)
  • Email-based check-ins during the program and follow-ups in the first 30 days after purchase

Specific contents may be updated, improved, or replaced from time to time. Material reductions in what's included will not be made without notice to existing buyers.

2. Educational purpose: NOT financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

Find Your Margin is an educational program. The Program, its content, and any communications from us in connection with the Program are for informational and educational purposes only. None of the materials, videos, written content, scripts, or coaching communications provided through the Program constitute, or should be relied on as, individualized financial advice, investment advice, financial planning, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any form of professional advisory service.

Next Chapter Financial Coaching, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, certified public accountant, attorney, or insurance professional. The Company does not sell financial products, manage investments, prepare taxes, or provide legal services.

Before making any financial decision, you should consult with appropriately licensed and qualified professionals who can evaluate your specific situation. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and the outcomes of those decisions.

3. No guarantee of financial outcomes

Examples, testimonials, case studies, and statements about typical results (including statements that clients have found additional monthly budget on average) describe past experiences of specific individuals and are not promises or guarantees of future results. Your results will depend on your individual financial situation, the actions you take, the consistency with which you apply what you learn, and many external factors outside our control. We make no representation or guarantee that you will save any specific amount of money, eliminate any specific debt, achieve any specific income, or experience any other specific financial outcome.

4. The Margin Guarantee

The Program includes the Margin Guarantee, a 60-day outcome-based guarantee tied to specific deliverables of the Program. The Margin Guarantee, including the deliverables it covers and how to request a refund, is described in detail in our Refund Policy. The Margin Guarantee does not promise financial outcomes; it promises specific deliverables that you produce by completing the program.

5. Access and license

When you purchase access to the Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Program materials for your own personal, non-commercial use, including use for managing your own household finances and the household finances of your immediate family. You may print the workbook for personal use, make personal copies of the Google Sheets in your own Google Drive, and use the scripts in conversations on your own behalf or your immediate household's behalf.

You may not: share your account credentials; redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish any Program materials; create derivative works for distribution; use the Program materials to train any machine learning model; or use the Program materials in any commercial coaching, consulting, advisory, or training services without our written permission.

6. Account and access duration

Access to the Program is delivered through a member account on nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com. Once you purchase, you are entitled to access the Program for the duration specified at the time of purchase (which, unless otherwise stated, is unlimited duration with respect to materials available at the time of purchase). We may discontinue or replace specific Program materials at our discretion; in the event of material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active members.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not transfer your account or share access with others outside your immediate household.

7. Email communications

By purchasing the Program, you consent to receive Program-related email communications, including a welcome email confirming your purchase, automated check-in emails during and after the program, and follow-up communications relating to your participation. You may opt out of follow-up marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at contact@nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com. Note that opting out of marketing emails does not opt you out of transactional emails relating to your purchase or account.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Chapter Financial Coaching, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Program Terms or the Terms of Use; (b) your misuse of the Program materials; (c) any financial decision you make based on what you learn in the Program; (d) any third-party use of your account credentials with or without your authorization.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program if you materially breach these Program Terms, the Terms of Use, or our acceptable use rules. In the event of termination for cause, no refund is owed. In the event of termination by us without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued if applicable.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Program will be resolved as described in the Company's Terms of Use, including the arbitration provision contained therein.

12. Changes to these Program Terms

We may update these Program Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where applicable, communicated to active members. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.
