Find Your Margin Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of the Find Your Margin program offered by Next Chapter Financial Coaching, LLC.

The Margin Guarantee

Find Your Margin includes a 60-day, outcome-based guarantee. Complete the 7-day program. If it does not help you find at least the purchase price in savings you can make in the next 60 days, we will refund 100 percent of what you paid.

Savings are the leaks and budget changes the program helps you find, counted at what they are worth across the 60 days after your purchase. What you do with them is your call.

To request a refund under the Margin Guarantee, contact us at contact@nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com within 60 days of your purchase date. Tell us that you completed the 7 days and what your leaks list and budget added up to. We may ask a follow-up question or two to understand your experience.

What you keep

If a refund is issued under the Margin Guarantee, you keep everything: the workbook, your Google Sheets copies, the scripts, and access to the lesson videos. The refund is a refund of the purchase price; it does not require you to delete or return materials.

What the Margin Guarantee does not promise

The Margin Guarantee is a refund promise. It does not guarantee that you will save money, and it is not a promise of any particular financial result. Financial results depend on your circumstances and the actions you take. If the program does not help you find at least what you paid in savings you can make in the next 60 days, the guarantee returns your money.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the purchase date are not eligible for the Margin Guarantee. Refund requests submitted for purchases that fall under separate promotional terms (for example, a free Founding Alpha plan) are subject to those promotional terms.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge or refund, please contact us at contact@nextchapterfinancialcoaching.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will respond within two business days and work to resolve the matter directly.
